Upon purchase of shoes, the customer agrees to the following T’s and C’s.

  1. Full payment is required upon purchase.
  2. All sales are final and non-refundable. Vonvé will gladly exchange your item within two days of purchasing and the product received.
  3. Courier or shipping costs will be for the client’s account if returned.
  4. Exchanges within two working days from the product received, will only be processed if the below conditions are met:
  • Shoes to be in the same condition as when received.
  • The sole and heel of the shoe need to be in original and unworn condition.
  • No exchanges will be processed if a shoe has attained any stain or mark on the sole, heel, or the shoe overall.
  • Buckle to be intact.
  • Diamanté to be intact, clean, and not damaged.
  • Shoe packaging to be as received.
