On the day of the fitting everything went do beautifully. We were greeted with the kindest smiles from the moment we arrived. The whole building was so beautiful. Paige assisted with my fitting, she was so amazing 🥹 she made the whole appointment so easy and fun. I was nervous at the beginning because I really wasn't expecting to find the dress of my dreams because I am very picky when it comes to clothing, Paige was very confident that we would find the dress, she really listened to what I was looking for and she picked the most perfect dresses for me and to my surprise we did find the most perfect dress for me. I recently visited Vonve Bridal Couture in Johannesburg for a dress fitting, and while the staff were helpful in showing me various dress styles and options, my overall experience left much to be desired.Firstly, I encountered resistance when I initially mentioned my wedding date was in 2026. They were reluctant to allow me to try on dresses for such a future date, which I found quite surprising, as I was paying to have an appointment with them. After adjusting my wedding date to 2025, I was met with skepticism and questioned about the change, which made me feel like I was being dishonest. This questioning was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially during such an important and personal process.The most disappointing aspect of my visit was the atmosphere. Both my mom and I felt extremely uncomfortable and out of place. The staff's demeanor made us feel unwelcome, almost as if we didn't belong there. This negative vibe overshadowed the potential for finding the perfect dress, which was very disheartening.Despite the staff’s helpfulness in showing different dresses and additions, the uncomfortable atmosphere and the way we were treated have made me reconsider purchasing a dress from Vonve Bridal Couture. A bridal boutique should make every bride-to-be feel special and welcomed, regardless of their wedding date, venue, photographer etc. Unfortunately, this was not my experience here.I hope the management addresses these issues, as they have the potential to offer a great service if they can improve their customer relations and create a more welcoming environment for all brides.

A lovely bridal boutique. Kiara, was very professional and friendly in assisting me with my booking to the day I went in to fit the shoes. The shoes are all so beautiful, very good quality and a nice variety in style and heel length. I bought the Spain heels. They are stunning and a versatile pair of heels thanks to the colour, they compliment most formal dress colours and they are also very comfortable.
Had a wonderful time at Vonve. All the staff were very welcoming upon my arrival. The beautiful waiting area facing the garden with lots of sunlight, made me feel warm and calm. The fitting itself was a lovely experience, all their dresses are of excellent quality and feel amazing on the skin. Danica was very good at selecting beautiful dresses that fit my budget and vision. Would highly recommend.

On the day of the fitting everything went do beautifully. We were greeted with the kindest smiles from the moment we arrived. The whole building was so beautiful. Paige assisted with my fitting, she was so amazing 🥹 she made the whole appointment so easy and fun. I was nervous at the beginning because I really wasn't expecting to find the dress of my dreams because I am very picky when it comes to clothing, Paige was very confident that we would find the dress, she really listened to what I was looking for and she picked the most perfect dresses for me and to my surprise we did find the most perfect dress for me. I recently visited Vonve Bridal Couture in Johannesburg for a dress fitting, and while the staff were helpful in showing me various dress styles and options, my overall experience left much to be desired.Firstly, I encountered resistance when I initially mentioned my wedding date was in 2026. They were reluctant to allow me to try on dresses for such a future date, which I found quite surprising, as I was paying to have an appointment with them. After adjusting my wedding date to 2025, I was met with skepticism and questioned about the change, which made me feel like I was being dishonest. This questioning was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially during such an important and personal process.The most disappointing aspect of my visit was the atmosphere. Both my mom and I felt extremely uncomfortable and out of place. The staff's demeanor made us feel unwelcome, almost as if we didn't belong there. This negative vibe overshadowed the potential for finding the perfect dress, which was very disheartening.Despite the staff’s helpfulness in showing different dresses and additions, the uncomfortable atmosphere and the way we were treated have made me reconsider purchasing a dress from Vonve Bridal Couture. A bridal boutique should make every bride-to-be feel special and welcomed, regardless of their wedding date, venue, photographer etc. Unfortunately, this was not my experience here.I hope the management addresses these issues, as they have the potential to offer a great service if they can improve their customer relations and create a more welcoming environment for all brides.

A lovely bridal boutique. Kiara, was very professional and friendly in assisting me with my booking to the day I went in to fit the shoes. The shoes are all so beautiful, very good quality and a nice variety in style and heel length. I bought the Spain heels. They are stunning and a versatile pair of heels thanks to the colour, they compliment most formal dress colours and they are also very comfortable.
Had a wonderful time at Vonve. All the staff were very welcoming upon my arrival. The beautiful waiting area facing the garden with lots of sunlight, made me feel warm and calm. The fitting itself was a lovely experience, all their dresses are of excellent quality and feel amazing on the skin. Danica was very good at selecting beautiful dresses that fit my budget and vision. Would highly recommend.
